This blog started as a daily e-mail sent to participants in a health challenge at my workplace. After the challenge ended, several people asked that I keep sending them tips and reminders so that they stuck to their goals. My original blog, Viva La Vida began in May of 2011 but I was having difficulty keeping up with writing a daily blog so I took a break. In the meantime, I decided to make some changes so here is the new blog: Change Your Choices
I’ll cover wide range of topics that I find from various sources and some from my own experiences. Recipes, exercise, food tips, mind and body are just a few of the areas that will be included. I’m not committing to a daily post, but I will make every effort to get something written a few times per week. Please let me know if there are topics you would like me to cover and I will do it- fresh ideas are always welcomed!
